• Audio recordings are deleted immediately after transcription

You retain all rights to the content you create using the Service (your transcriptions and dictated text). We do not claim any ownership over your content.

7. Free Service and Limitations

Blip AI is currently offered free of charge. However:

• We may introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features
• Usage may be subject to reasonable limitations to ensure service quality
• We will provide notice before implementing significant changes

8. Service Availability

8.1 Uptime

9.2 Transcription Accuracy

While we strive for high accuracy, speech recognition technology is not perfect. We do not guarantee:

• 100% accurate transcriptions
• Recognition of all accents or speech patterns
• Performance in all environments

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLIP AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (if any)

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blip AI from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of others
• Your content or conduct

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Blip AI.

16.2 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

16.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.

16.4 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations to any party at any time.
